Designed around nature, focus and connection, our spaces give teams and guests room to think clearly, collaborate and create memorable experiences. From conferences and launches to EV test drives and retreats, Flimwell Park provides a flexible setting for events that feel purposeful, polished and different.
At the heart of the site is The Focal Point, a striking 330m² timber event space with soaring ceilings, woodland views, a bar, kitchen and flexible layout. The Gallery/Café, outdoor terraces and woodland paths allow events to flow naturally between work, hospitality and time outside.
For multi-day events, we also offer accommodation for up to 27 guests across 15 rooms on site.

The Arc provides an impressive main space for conferences, presentations, board meetings and strategy sessions. Alongside the main events space, we also offer two breakout rooms, ideal for workshops, private discussions or smaller group sessions.

Our setting offers space for presentations, vehicle displays, hospitality and guest journeys, all surrounded by woodland and striking architecture. With electric chargers on site, Flimwell Park is especially well suited to EV brands and the future of UK mobility.
We have already partnered with major EV brands on highly successful test drive events, giving guests a smooth, premium experience from arrival to departure.
